2. Intellectual Property

​

All original content, designs, artwork, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

 

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final designs for agreed-upon purposes only (e.g. commercial branding, merchandise, websites). You may not resell or redistribute the work without our permission.

 

We reserve the right to showcase final designs in our portfolio, on our website, and across social media platforms unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

 

 

3. Payment Terms

In most cases, payment is required upfront unless deposit payment terms have been discussed and agreed by us

 

In cases of deposit-based payment terms, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins.

 

The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final file delivery.

 

We accept payment via Bank transfer, Paypal & Stripe.

 

Late payments may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost per 7 days overdue.

4. Revisions and Additional Work

​

Each project includes 1- 3 rounds of moderate revisions unless otherwise stated.

 

Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope will be billed at 10% of the service cost.

 

Clients will receive a written quote before any additional costs are incurred.

5. Timelines and Delivery

 

Estimated timelines will be provided before project commencement.

 

We are not liable for delays caused by client inaction, such as late feedback or missing assets.

 

Final deliverables will be sent in agreed file formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, PSD).

 

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

 

If you cancel the project after work has started, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

If we must cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a partial or full refund depending on the work completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely feedback

 

Supply required assets (e.g. logos, copy, reference material)

 

Respect our creative process and professional boundaries

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

 

Loss of profit or business interruption

 

Compatibility issues with third-party software

 

Legal consequences of your use of designs (e.g., copyright infringement from client-supplied content)
